ferentus is, without a doubt, one of the best made (at least as far as presentation) free MMORPGs out there. It is the usual pick a race, develop skills,

level up....you know the drill. now when i said it was the best, i didnt mean it did anything new or innovative. Where Ferentus really shines is the game's

presentation. the level of detail Ferentus achieves is truly amazing. it is in full 3-d, with graphics around that of World of Warcraft. the environments are massive, taking

place on a globe so big that if you were to run literally from one side to the other, it would take you a good hour. its that big(see screen shots). ok, lets get

into character design. Ferentus is still in beta form, so theres still more to come, but so far, theres the usuall lineup. beta offers three races, each with subdivisions.

Barbarian, Wood Elf, and High Elf are the 3 beta choises. Obviously, elves are better at magic and

barbarians are skilled for melee combat. now for the subdivisions. this makes things interesting, as a barbarian can actually use magic if in the right class. even these

have a great level of detail. However, as great as everything in this game is, i think its high point was the enemies. there are tons of them, ranging from walking skeletons

to werewolves to spiders to dragons. Bosses are so great that we risked our experience all the time just to reach the bosses and get screen shots [i got killed in that one

of the dragon toward the bottom(im bloodstain, elias is hellcat). anyway, this game is definately worth checking out and i give it the highest reccomendation!
